Can I return my item for exchange?
Yes, but we only accept exchange or refund for defective items within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/ labels attached and receipt. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time. Customer return the product on own fees, while Merrine borne shipping fees when return parcel to customer. Customer also allow to exchange in offline store, limited to normal price items only.
SALE / PROMOTION ITEM(S) cannot be returned nor exchanged.
How do I return my item?

Step 1: Contact our customer services
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact our customer services during the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on either WhatsApp or email as below:

Step 2: Details Verification
After verifying all the details, we will send you a confirmation email or via WhatsApp.
Step 3: Return the parcel
Customer return the parcel to our address and attention to Online department.
